Examples of two tailored UX workshops I conducted for international SaaS clients. For an Asian SaaS company, the workshop addressed regional user needs through persona creation, task flow mapping, and culturally adaptive design strategies—resulting in optimized interfaces that enhance task success rates and localized user satisfaction. For a Swiss cybersecurity company, the workshop focused on transforming their Excel-based risk management tool into a user-centric desktop application, covering feature prioritization, information architecture, service blueprint creation, and concluding with high-fidelity mockups in the new brand palette.
